Qurbani is performed
on the blessed day of Eid-ul Adha. It is a day of celebration
and remembrance of Allah. Yet not all of us are in a position
to enjoy this day and it is the duty of the more fortunate amongst
us to help those less fortunate. Every Muslim who can afford
to buy an animal is required to make Qurbani.
Every year, Islamic Aid organises Qurbani on behalf of our supporters.
The Qurbanies are performed in poor countries and the meat is
distributed to among the poor and needy, to enable them join
in the celebrations of this occasion. Average price of one
Qurbani is £45. Donate online here. |
